After a detailed search, the Board has agreed to appoint Mads Peter Zacho as Chief Executive Officer of the Navigator Gas Group with effect from September 1, 2022, to be based in Denmark.

Mads has considerable industry experience and has worked in shipping for almost 20 years, lately as Head of Industry Transition at the Mærsk Mc-Kinney Møller Center for Zero Carbon Shipping. Mads has held a variety of roles in shipping companies,

including CEO for J. Lauritzen A/S, CFO of TORM plc and CFO for Svitzer. Mads spent the first 10 years of his career in the financial industry in the United States and Denmark and his experience spans gas tankers, dry bulk, product tankers and containers.

We have no doubt that Mads’ experience and skills put him in a strong position to lead us through the company’s next exciting period of growth.

Mads wanted to share the following message to all members of Navigator:
