Today, we want to let you in one of the aspects of how we support and develop our biggest asset: Our employees. Each year, we have many new colleagues joining Ultranav and our support areas – and not all have experience with shipping. That is why we host an annual course to introduce the basic concepts of shipping. The classes are taught by our own executives who have extensive knowledge in their areas, to give them the opportunity to transfer some of their knowledge to the newcomers.

What is expected is that at the end of the course, the employees of both operational and support areas have a common language that allows them to interact more fluently and arouse interest to continue improving knowledge in the different areas of the industry.

We aspire to be an organisation where we can teach and develop one another and make each other stronger – because we believe that this is how the business grows stronger.
